Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with over 7 years of proven experience in driving business growth and establishing partnerships within the targeted regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to penetrate and grow the Saudi Arabia, Gulf region, and Egypt markets.
  • Identify potential clients, build relationships, and foster partnerships to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competition, and trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and manage sales pipelines, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, with a strong track record of success in the targeted regions.
  • Exceptional understanding of the Saudi Arabia, Gulf, and Egypt markets, including cultural and business nuances.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in [list relevant tools/software, e.g., CRM platforms, digital marketing tools].
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus.
