Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead electrical engineering projects, design systems, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and other engineering teams to integrate systems.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for electrical systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on [specific industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, etc.].
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Must own a PC/Laptop and have access to fast-speed internet.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with renewable energy systems or smart grid technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent.
