Job Description:

MIBA LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. This role focuses on groundbreaking projects such as solar farm designs, heavy battery containers, and underground reinforcements with load and heat mesh analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and analysis of mechanical structures, including solar farms, battery containers, and underground reinforcements.
  • Conduct structural load calculations and dynamic simulations for various systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Perform heat and load mesh analysis to optimize material selection and structural integrity.
  • Develop complete 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks.
  • Evaluate and implement materials knowledge, ensuring performance under environmental and operational conditions.
  • Integrate solutions for shock absorption, movement dynamics, and stress distribution within designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SolidWorks and structural analysis.
  • Expertise in structural load design and optimization for large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience with solar energy systems and heavy battery container designs.
  • Strong understanding of underground reinforcements, load dynamics, and thermal management.
  • Knowledge of materials science, including selection, durability, and environmental impact.
  • Proficiency in solving dynamic and static shock absorption challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working on renewable energy systems and sustainable design.
  • Understanding of motion dynamics in large-scale structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with teams.
